Free ground shipping on all non-furniture orders over $200.

All in-stock items are shipped from our Oakville location via Ground/Standard Service within 3 business days after receipt of your order. Our delivery partners do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

We stock many items in our store. However, some items may be shipped to you directly from our suppliers. This method saves time and money and decreases the environmental impact.

Shipping fees are applied as per delivery addresses.  Items ordered together may not necessary ship together.  All shipping charges include basic insurance coverage, fuel surcharge and HST. We ship in Canada and the continental US.

• Cancelation or return may affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping.
• Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or furniture /oversize items.
• Free shipping is only applicable for in-stock items.

Shipping of Furniture and Oversize Items

For in-stock online orders, shipping charges will determined at checkout based on your destination within Canada and you will be able to select from one of the following delivery methods:

UPS – Standard/ground  - Delivery to your door

UPS - Expedited  – Delivery to your door

UPS - Express - Delivery to your door

For all furniture, oversize and custom-made items that are shipped directly from the manufactures, the shipping fee is predetermined by the manufacturer. Please refer to the Shipping Info in the product description pages for rates and timeline.

All cribs ship unassembled and flat packed. Dressers, gliders, ottomans, toddler conversion kits and changing stations ship fully assembled and individually boxed.

International Shipping

We ship to the continental US and other international destinations. However, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Remote Addresses within Canada

We ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. However, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Availability and Shipping Times

Availability and shipping times provided on product description pages are estimates only. There are many factors that can cause delay and/or changes in product availability. We will promptly notify you if we become aware of any change in availability or shipping time for your orders. 

Order Status/ Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My Account and clicking on My Orders.

Backorders

If any item is on backorder, we will promptly notify you of your order status.

Gift Wrapping

We are pleased to gift wrap your purchases for a flat fee of $5.00 which is non-refundable. If you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped and/or shipped with a free gift message, simply click the Gift Wrap option during checkout. Gift wrap may not be available for all items.
