Free ground shipping on all non-furniture orders in Canada over $50 and in United States over $100.
All in-stock items are shipped from our Oakville location via Ground/Standard Service within 3 business days after receipt of your order. Our delivery partners do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
We stock many items in our store. However, some items may be shipped to you directly from our suppliers. This method saves time and money and decreases the environmental impact.
Shipping fees are applied as per delivery addresses. Items ordered together may not necessary ship together. All shipping charges include basic insurance coverage, fuel surcharge and HST.
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Offer applies only to orders over $50 CAN and $100 US on all non-furniture items, after sales, coupons, discounts, and before taxes and covers delivery via Standard shipping service.
- Free shipping option must be selected at checkout to quailify.
- Offer applies to deliveries within Canada and United States only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
- Cancelation may affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping.
- Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or furniture /oversize items/rugs.
- Free shipping is only applicable for in-stock items.

Shipping fees for orders under $50 in United States will be determined at checkout based on your destination by UPS.
Shipping of Furniture, Rugs and Oversize Items
Shipping charges are per delivery address. Furniture, oversize items and rugs do not qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping charge equal to 10% on the product's regular price will be applied at checkout. However, multiple items purchased in a single order may qualify for a reduced shipping charge. For all furniture, oversize and custom-made items that are shipped directly from the manufactures, the shipping fee is predetermined by the manufacturer. Please refer to the Shipping Info in the product description pages for rates and timeline.
All cribs ship unassembled and flat packed. Dressers, gliders, ottomans, toddler conversion kits and changing stations ship fully assembled and individually boxed.
We ship to other international destinations. However, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Remote Addresses within Canada
We ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. However, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Order Status/ Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My Account and clicking on My Orders.
If any item is on backorder, we will promptly notify you of your order status.
Free Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to gift wrap your purchases for free. If you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped and/or shipped with a free gift message. Please enter message in box at checkout.
Hassle Free Return + Exchange
If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, we are happy to offer a 14-day hassle free return on most items with no restocking fees. Most merchandise purchased from simplygreenbaby.com may be returned or exchanged for store credit or a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Sale and clearance items are final sale - no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Items to be returned must be unused with all original packaging. All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at email@example.com. If your return request is approved we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label.
Returns received after 14 days can only be exchanged for store credit. Please note, all returns must be pre-authorized.
We are unable to accept requests for return or exchange 60 days after delivery.
Sale items, furniture, strollers, rugs, custom-made and made-to-order items, bottles, bath and body items (including soaps, shampoos, body lotions and hair brushes) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All returned items must be unused and unassembled, in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and blank warranty cards. Clothing items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must be attached.
